Founded in 2007, formerly a minority-owned enterprise, DFM Solutions was formed as a partnership between Devon Contracting and Walbridge. In July 2015, DFM Solutions transitioned to a women-owned enterprise and was certified with the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (CEED/WBENC).
