Ironworkers Local Union 135 was duly organized and chartered on September 12, 1912 in Galveston, Texas. The Local Union covers an area of the Upper Texas Gulf Coast and Southeast Texas which includes Galveston, Texas City, Freeport, Lufkin, Nacogdoches and The Golden Triangle Area of Beaumont, Port Arthur and Orange.
