Jordan Valley Community Health Center (JVCHC) opened in 2003, receiving the designation as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), serving Southwest Missouri. Our mission is at JVCHC is simple, "To improve our community's health through access and relationships."​ We serve Southwest Missouri communities through our four clinic locations in Springfield, along with our clinics in Lebanon, Marshfield, Forsyth, Hollister and Republic, with over 600 employees. We also have six mobile units, expanding access to medical, dental and optometry care for schools and other organizations throughout the region. We offer primary medical, dental, vision and behavioral health services in a patient-centered, integrated environment. Our dental program has been the flagship, offering a variety of specialty services, including general and pediatric dentistry, along with oral surgery. Our medical program provides services for the entire family including women's health and pediatrics. The Jordan Valley Vision Clinic offers a full range of eye care services as well as the largest selection of Medicaid approved frames.
