UA Local 74 was established in 1988 through a merger of Pipefitters Local 80 and Plumbers Local 26. We provide a workforce of highly skilled pipefitters, welders, plumbers, HVAC service mechanics and instrument technicians to install piping and mechanical systems in our jurisdiction. Local 74’s jurisdiction includes the Counties of New Castle and Kent in the State of Delaware. Our contractors have employed our journeymen and apprentices to perform new construction and maintenance of existing facilities throughout Delaware.
