Description
All Energy Solar is seeking full-time Solar Installers to join our team. The Solar Installer will work with an installation team to assemble and install all components of a photovoltaic solar array.
Responsibilities
•Prepare job site for solar installation
•Structurally mount racking and solar equipment
•Skillfully use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete solar installations
•Maintain a clean and safe job site
•Take responsibility for personal and team safety on the job site by following and enforcing all safety regulations
•Other relevant duties as needed
Skills/Qualifications
•Thrives in a small team environment
•Portrays a high level of professionalism and craftsmanship
•Has a positive and helpful demeanor
•Comfortable climbing ladders, and working on rooftops
•Experience working with hand tools and power tools
•Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs
•Willing to work long hours in extreme environments (cold, heat)
•Valid state driver’s license
Compensation
•This is a full-time position with an expected starting pay rate of $20 per hour, with additional opportunities for pay increases at 90 days and 180 days based on performance
