•Up to 3-4 jobs/week with flexible scheduling

•All jobs are staged in our warehouse and ready for transport to job
•We will meet or exceed labor rates for qualifying, top-quality candidates and work performed. Earnings potential of $100K to $250K and availability of year-round work for industry-leading workmanship and customer satisfaction.
•Execute window and door installations sold by the Marvin Replacement sales team utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.
•Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.
•Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Marvin Replacement team and customer.
•Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.
•At least two years of experience installing windows
•History and passion for high quality workmanship
•Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
•Ability to safely transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites and ownership of own tools
•Excellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking)
•At least one additional helper to complete the jobs
•Provide Certificate insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Automobile Liability, and Statutory Required Worker’s Compensation
•Strong preference for individual with, or willing to obtain, following licenses/certifications:
•Installation Masters Certification
•EPA LRRP / Lead-Safe Certification
