Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Mazak Machinists for projects located in and around Waukesha, WI . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $28-35/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
•Setting up Vertical and/or Horizontal Mills or Lathes
•Machining Various Steel, Stainless Steel, Non-Ferrous and Super Alloys
•Effectively Utilizing Fanuc CNC Controls and Proficiently using Verniers, Calipers, PI Tapes and Scales
•Operating Overhead Cranes and JIB Hoists
•Performing MDI Cuts to Establish Tool Positions
Requirements:
•Minimum of 5 Years of Experience Setting up and Operating CNC Mills and Lathes as well as Fanuc CNC Controls
•Familiarity with Mazak Mills and Lathes; Able to Independently Set up the Mills and Lathes
•Proficient with G and M Code Programming
•Strong Problem Solving Skills
•Previous Experience in a Similar Role
