•Assists with daily guidance, training, and direction to the plumbing crew.
•Performs work under minimal supervision.
•Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher level staff.
•Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to project specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, fixtures and boilers for hydronic heating, water, drainage systems, and medgas.
•Adheres to project safety and job quality by performing all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
•Maintains a professional demeanor with field team, general contractors, owners/customers, and vendors to support a positive work environment.
•Makes decisions by analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
•Ability to review and interpret blueprints, plans, manuals, building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures.
