Webco Manufacturing to successfully perform the requirements of this position, it is preferred that the employee have one year of related experience, possess a mechanical background, be experienced in welding processes (primarily MIG), possess good organizational skills, and be able to work independently. A weld test is required as part of the interview process. If you don’t have a ton of experience welding, we also have an apprenticeship program and will pay you as we train you for production welding.
