Eaton’s B-Line division is currently seeking a Weld Tech to join our 3rd Shift team. The starting pay rate for this position is $21.98 per hour. In addition, there is also a $0.50 per hour shift differential. The shift hours are 11:00pm - 7:00am. This position is based at our Highland, IL facility. As a Welding Technician, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols. You will also be part of Quality inspections and work in a cross-functional team of welders.
