•Assists with daily guidance, training, and direction to the plumbing crew.
•Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to project specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, fixtures and boilers for hydronic heating, water, drainage systems, and medgas.
•Adheres to project safety and job quality.
•Maintains a professional demeanor with field team, general contractors, owners/customers, and vendors to support a positive work environment.
•Makes decisions by analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
•Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
•Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
•Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
•Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Also requires frequent bending and lifting, standing and walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders.
