•Prepare work areas with drop cloths, plastic, tapes, paper, and masks as needed, and remove fixtures
•Perform general site clean-up, remove debris and trash from work site
•Move, load, and unload materials
•Assist in light construction work if necessary
•Properly use a 6-foot ladder, or more
•Paint and assist other painters as directed
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Valid driver’s license required for travel between work sites around the Treasure Valley
•Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
•Ability to wear proper safety equipment as necessary: PPE including hard hat, high viz, gloves, safety glasses, mask, boots, etc.
•Ability to understand and follow directions
•Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
•Ability to frequently bend, squat, stand walk, push, and pull up to 100 lbs., reach above shoulder level, have both arms and legs accessible, and perform manual dexterity
•Ability to work in all weather conditions
•Ability to ascend and descend stairs, step stools, ladders, scaffolding, platform ladders, or mechanically elevated devices and be comfortable around heights and working on a roof
