Responsibilities
•Apprentice Engineer takes direction from licensed Engineers at clients property where hired. Any OT must be approved by Chief Engineer
•Employee must have working knowledge and ability to use hand/ power tools.
•Must have professional disposition and display willingness to assist tenants with building maintenance reports/ work tickets.
Requirements
•Employee must be attending training through the Union.
•High school diploma or the equivalent normally required.
Physical Requirements
•Employee must be physically able to move freely in the property in order to work on systems. Will perform supervised repairs on systems.
