Mainstream is growing and we are looking for an outstanding HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team!

•Compensation: Piece Pay (averaging $40,000-$80,000 annually)

Requirements:
•6 months experience in Residential HVAC Install, including hands-on training and or work.
•EPA certification and 06A card with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
•Valid driver’s license and be insurable.
•Strong desires to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.
•Help lead, train and educate apprentice Installers
Job Duties:
•A positive attitude, a passion for trade & enjoys making a difference in our community!!
•Knowledge of HVAC codes and proper application; knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety.
•Inspect and tests systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions.
•Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers, using hand tools.
•Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately; make customers happy
