Job Summary: The Tool and Die Apprenticeship program is a 4 year program that combines the on-the-job hands-on training with related training at Hopkinsville Community College. Internal applicants will take an aptitude test, interview and be selected beginning classes at this summer.
Step 1: Ensure that you meet the following eligibility requirements.
•Employees must be current, regular full time Martinrea employee.
•Employees must have six months in their current position. (Exceptions to this six-month requirement can be made by your current supervisor and should be consistent with company business needs.)
•Performance at the time of application must be Meeting Requirements consistent with the performance evaluation process.
•Employees must not be in any step of corrective action
•Employees must have fewer than 4 points.
•Employees must meet the skill, education and experience requirements for the position.
