Perform and document training toward completion of specified trade curriculum while performing all assigned duties as a production employee.

Complete required hours of training in specified trade.

•

Gain technical expertise in area of concentration.

•

Operate tool room machines to fabricate needed tooling/parts.

•

Toolmaker/Production Toolmaker:

•

Produce or repair tooling for assigned jobs.

•

Set up various types and sized of presses to produce drawn parts within required tolerances.

•

Develop new tools for presses under direction of mentor toolmaker.

•

Work within required quality demands.

•

Trouble-shoot minor press maintenance problems to achieve maximum productivity.
