As an Apprentice Lineman you will learn through a series of seven (7) six (6) month steps, involving both classroom and on-the-job training, the skills and abilities required of a Journeyman Lineman. Each of these steps must be completed in a manner satisfactory to the Apprentice Lineman’s assigned supervisor, and the Joint Apprenticeship Evaluation Committee before the Apprentice Lineman will be promoted to the next step in the program.
This position requires a high school diploma/equivalent and successful completion of pre-apprentice lineworker course of study.
