Compensation: $20-28/hr based on experience
Qualifications:
•
At least 2 years of experience in electrical
•
Must have the ability to troubleshoot, identify and correct plumbing issues
•
Electrical Apprentice License (preferred but not required)
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•
High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
•
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
•
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities:
•
Learn the trade of an electrician while assisting with installing electrical wiring alongside journeyman electricians.
•
Troubleshoot and perform repairs.
•
Install, program and test new equipment.
•
Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
•
Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
•
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck,
•
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
•
Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
