We are Hiring for HVAC Apprentices!
Due to growth in our company, we have an immediate opening for entry level apprentices to join our team. This is a paid hands-on training position to build a career in the HVAC industry. In this role you will learn to install heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Benefits:
Job Title: HVAC Apprentice
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, overtime as needed
What you will be doing:
•Working with a lead installer
•Learning installation processes and procedures
•Following directions and able to work as a team an independently
•Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems
•Loading and unloading supplies for jobs
•Building platforms, drill holes, and insulate duct work
•Installing line sets, duct work, low voltage wiring and accessories
•Continual company paid Trane dealer training, EPA and NATE Certification
Qualifications / Skills
•Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
•EPA Certification or obtain once employed
•Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes including NATE certification
•Well organized and able to work independently
•Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
•Able to use a measuring tap
•High School Diploma or GED
•Construction or similar industry experience desired
•HVAC Technical School Certification desired
•Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
