•Work under the direction of a senior Technician to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues on various commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems
•Assist with tasks relating to installation/repair of systems, such as the ability to solder and braze copper pipe and dissimilar metals and work with live voltages up to 600 volts
•Participation in the Technical Development Program, successfully completing all assignments
•Possess the ability to use trade tools efficiently, read and understand blueprints and cut sheets and demonstrate proficiency in all areas of certifications
•Ensure all project work is within OSHA guidelines and promote building and jobsite safety policies and procedures and promote a healthy work culture, reporting unsafe conditions to appropriate administrator
•Demonstrate strong customer service skills with the ability to explain and recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades to our customers and communicate appropriately with internal staff
•Complete all required service-related documentation and reporting using computer, tablet and smart phone
•Maintain all materials, tools, and equipment in an orderly fashion and always keep the work area clean
•Perform other duties as assigned
•Must provide own hand tools

•Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
•High school diploma or GED; Trade experience or vocational level courses in HVAC or plumbing is helpful
•Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions, blueprints and schematics
•Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management
•Excellent customer service skills
•Minimum of EPA 608 Class I & II, but Universal would be required within 90 days of hire
•Valid Pennsylvania drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle record
•Successful criminal background and drug screenings are required
