Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
•
Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions to set up and operate CNC machinery.
•
Maintain precision by working within a tolerance of ± 0.00010" across various materials.
•
Proficiently setup and operate 5-Axis Milling centers and/or Multi Spindle/Multi Turret lathes.
•
Showcase competency in bench work and deburring tasks.
Machinery We Use:
•
Okuma & Doosan Dual Spindle Lathes
•
Okuma & Doosan 5-Axis CNC Milling Centers
Requirements
Requirements:
•
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing shop.
•
Education: Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field.
Strong Pluses:
•
Experience with a 5-Axis Okuma CNC Milling Center or Okuma Dual Spindle/Dual Turret Lathe.
•
Knowledge of CAD/CAM or MasterCam is a plus.

Our CNC Set-up/Operator/Machinist role is primarily focused on setting up and running jobs, rather than developing processes on the shop floor.
