•Processing equipment/assets received and returned in the Calibration Lab using a web-based database application (MET/TEAM).
•Scheduling vendors to pickup and drop-off equipment.
•Scheduling on-site calibrations with vendors and support vendor visit.
•Communicating with internal and external customers for information and follow-up questions concerning calibration work orders.
•Supporting customers expedite requests.
•Updating procedures and work instructions.
•Assist with internal and external audits.
•Source outside quotes from vendors and work with the internal procurement team to get quotes processed.
•Able to independently determine approaches to solutions with only general direction
•Ability to work with outside suppliers as well as internal customers
•Experience with the Microsoft products; Word, Excell, Explorer, etc.
