Green Valley Cooling & Heating is growing! We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team with 3+ years experience. We offer a flexible schedule and a competitive “on-call” rotation (No one is doing this!) Pay is hourly plus commission/spiffs.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting residential heating and cooling systems, performing routine maintenance, and communicating professionally with customers. This position includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule. If you enjoy helping others, have strong technical skills, and want to be part of an amazing team, apply today!
Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or GED required
•
Three or more years of industry experience
•
Strong communication skills
•
Must obtain EPA Type II Certification within 60 days of employment
•
NATE certification is a plus
•
Background check and drug test required
•
Authorized to work in the United States
•
Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record
•
Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
•
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
•
Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
•
Team player mindset
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
•
Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
•
Physical ability to perform all duties under various environmental conditions
•
Ability to climb ladders
•
Operate service vehicles
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
