Green Valley Cooling & Heating is growing! We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team with 3+ years experience. We offer a flexible schedule and a competitive “on-call” rotation (No one is doing this!) Pay is hourly plus commission/spiffs.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting residential heating and cooling systems, performing routine maintenance, and communicating professionally with customers. This position includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule. If you enjoy helping others, have strong technical skills, and want to be part of an amazing team, apply today!
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED required
•Three or more years of industry experience
•Strong communication skills
•Must obtain EPA Type II Certification within 60 days of employment
•NATE certification is a plus
•Background check and drug test required
•Authorized to work in the United States
•Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record
•Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
•Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
•Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
•Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
•Physical ability to perform all duties under various environmental conditions
•Ability to climb ladders
•Operate service vehicles
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
