Job description
As a Fire Alarm Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the safety and security of our clients by delivering high-quality fire alarm solutions that protect lives and property.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Lead a team of field service technicians in the installation and servicing of fire alarm systems.
•
Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance.
•
Provide technical expertise and support for complex fire alarm issues, both remotely and on-site.
•
Ensuring assigned accounts and projects are completed to customer satisfaction and Honeywell standards

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire alarm systems installation and service.
•
Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and relevant codes.
•
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment related to fire alarm systems.
•
Experience with safety protocols and practices in fire alarm service environments.
