Job description
As a Fire Alarm Sr Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service for fire alarm systems. Your technical expertise and hands-on experience will ensure the successful installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm solutions, contributing to the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the operational efficiency of our fire alarm service team. You will be responsible for performing field service activities, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance.
•
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and field service teams.
•
Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
The annual base salary range for this position is $55,100 - $68,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
YOU MUST HAVE
•
Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service roles, specifically with fire alarm systems.
•
NICET I certification.
•
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fire alarm technologies.
•
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
•
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•
Experience with safety standards and regulatory compliance in fire protection.
