Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Electricians and Apprentices for a commercial finish-out project in Boerne, TX. The shell is already up, light poles are set in the parking lot, and crews will be completing the building finish-out. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to perform installs at a steady pace.

Work Scope Includes:
•Assisting with a commercial finish-out (shell complete, interior work in progress)
•Installing conduit, wiring, panels, receptacles, lighting, and fixtures
•Assisting with light pole wiring in the parking lot
•Performing rough-in and finish electrical work inside the building
•Reading and interpreting blueprints (mechanics)
•Supporting crews on active commercial projects
•Following all site safety requirements
Requirements:
•Commercial electrical experience required (mechanics); entry-level acceptable for apprentices
•Must have own basic electrical hand tools (larger tools provided as needed)
•Apprentices must have basic tools and willingness to learn
•Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
•Background check and drug test required before start
