Plumber Apprentices Needed - Indianapolis, IN

Applicants with zero plumbing experience will not be considered.
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Plumber Apprentices to support licensed journeyman plumbers on active commercial sites throughout Indianapolis, IN. We’re looking for dependable individuals who can show up on time, follow instructions, and contribute to job site efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for helpers with some experience to grow their skills while working alongside licensed professionals.
Scope of Work Includes:
•Assisting journeyman plumbers with installs, layout, and pipe work
•Handling and staging materials on job site
•Supporting tasks like fixture setting, pipe prep, and layout
•Using hand tools, cleanup, and safety support
Requirements:
•Prior plumbing experience (commercial or residential) preferred
•Comfortable using basic plumbing tools and materials
•Must be able to follow direction and work in a team setting
•Full PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)
•Reliable transportation and consistent work ethic
