Work Scope:
HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics and Top Helpers will assist in installing, assembling, and hanging ductwork, as well as sealing and insulating systems to ensure efficient air distribution. Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints, perform accurate layout, and safely handle tools and materials. All workers are required to have Type 2 hardhats and must bring their own tools and PPE to the jobsite.
HVAC Sheet Metal Requirements:
•Mechanic: Minimum 4+ years of HVAC sheet metal experience
•Top Helper: Minimum 2+ years assisting with sheet metal or duct installation
•Skilled in duct fabrication, installation, and alignment
•Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
•Must provide own hand tools, PPE, and a Type 2 hardhat
•Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
•Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
•Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality workmanship
