Job Description
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Commercial Journeyman Electricians for a military base project at Tyndall AFB, FL. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of performing all phases of commercial electrical installation on secure job sites. Prior experience working on government or military projects is preferred.
Work Scope Includes:
•Running and bending conduit (EMT and rigid)
•Pulling wire, installing panels, switches, and fixtures
•Performing rough-ins, terminations, and trim-outs
•Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical drawings
•Assisting with layout, testing, and system verification
•Following all military base safety and security procedures
Requirements:
•5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience required
•Must be able to obtain base access clearance (background check required)
•Experience working on military or government projects preferred
•Must have own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
•Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
•Reliable transportation required
•Background check and drug test required before start
