Job Summary
Betlem Residential Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians with at least 3 years of residential and/or light commercial experience to join our team. You will service, diagnose, repair, and install a variety of HVAC&R systems. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and committed to providing top-notch customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•Service, maintain and repair HVAC equipment (furnances, boilers, AC units, heat pumps).
•Respond to residential and light commercial service calls.
•Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and maintenance tips.
•Coordinate with dispatch and supervisors regarding scheduling and materials.
•Participate in on-call rotation as required.
•Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
•Maintain a clean, organized workspace and company vehicle.
•Work flexible hours when necessary.
Qualifications
•Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean record.
•OSHA 10-hour certification.
•Minimum 3 years HVAC&R service/installation experience (residential or light commercial).
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma - GED, Higher education or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5-10 years related job experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Geographic Disclosure
Compensation Range: $28.00/hour-$38.00/hour depending on experience
