We’re searching for a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to take on a lead role with our team. What You’ll Be Doing:
•Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems
•Hands-on work with boilers, pumps, cooling towers, rooftop units, and more
•Leading service projects and mentoring junior techs
•Representing our brand with professionalism and pride
•Performing fieldwork Monday-Friday, with occasional OT as needed
What We’re Looking For:
•10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience
•Proven expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs
•Valid driver’s license with an insurable record
•EPA Universal Certification
•NATE Certification is a plus
•Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
•A commitment to quality work and safety
