What You’ll Be Doing:
•Diagnosing, repairing & maintaining high-end HVAC systems
•Working on chillers (scroll, screw, centrifugal), boilers, pumps, cooling towers, and more
•Delivering top-tier service and representing our brand with pride
•Training & mentoring up-and-coming techs
•Tackling hands-on field work Monday-Friday (some OT possible)
What You Bring to the Table:
•5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
•Pro skills in troubleshooting and repairs
•Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
•EPA Universal certification
•HVAC technical school certificate (preferred)
•Willingness to travel to job sites and lift 50+ lbs when needed
•A mindset for safety, service, and sharp work
