The Role
As a
Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you will perform residential HVAC installations while ensuring systems are installed safely, correctly, and to company standards. This role focuses on craftsmanship, professionalism, and delivering a positive customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
•Performing residential HVAC system installations
•Installing a variety of HVAC system types and configurations
•Ensuring installations meet company quality and safety standards
•Communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners
•Maintaining a clean and organized job site
•Representing Green Valley Cooling & Heating in a professional manner
What We’re Looking For
•High school diploma or GED
•Minimum of 5 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience
•Strong communication skills
•EPA Type II certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
•NATE certification preferred
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•Authorized to work in the United States
•Ability to pass a background check and drug test
•Must own HVAC installation tools
•Ability to safely operate power and hand tools
•Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
Physical Requirements
•Ability to lift at least 75 pounds
•Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
•Ability to climb ladders
•Ability to operate service vehicles
Schedule
•Saturday availability as needed
