•Plan and schedule inspections from Builder Trend and confirm with the clients.
•Execute the inspections in the field and perform all tasks in the field per the NFPA 25 code as required.
•Office work to fill out reports of the inspections from the field and upload to Buildertrend/The Compliance Engine as required.
•Observe, learn, and mature in the methods of informing clients about the inspections and what we do for their systems, and communicate clearly what we are doing and why.
•Learn and master the various Symons processes and systems, such as Buildertrend, The Compliance Engine, emails/calls/texts, and Paycom, for efficient efforts and teamwork execution.
•Be efficient at driving routes to accomplish the inspection destinations and workloads in the field.
•Learn the CODE BOOK NFPA 25. This is the rule book for inspections and maintenance.
•Communications with the team are vital and expected in almost every situation and/or job.
