•Ability to take directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers
•Ability to efficiently operate various hand and power tools
•Ability to work at elevations installing pipe, hangers, or equipment
•Ability to TIG weld / Arc weld carbon and stainless steel piping (will train)
•Ability to fit up and prep piping spools as directed (will train)
•Ability and willingness to help and assist others when needed
•Ability and willingness to learn and progress into a journeyman fitter or welder
•Less than 1-2 years’ experience
•Ability to read a tape measure
•Valid drivers’ license (good record preferred)
•Ability to travel frequently, work overtime and weekends
•Ability to pass drug test and physical capacity profile
