What We Are Looking For
The Level 2 CNC Machinist will load, fixture, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machines, fixtures, and tooling to produce high quality component parts for Titan Robotics’ industrial 3D printers and associated equipment. Create simple CNC programs with CAM Software and setup and run CNC programs to complete productions runs. Monitor and maintain the CNC machines and tooling used. Perform quality inspection of finished components throughout the process.
What You Will Do
This position requires great attention to details, the ability to take accurate measurements, follow instructions and read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, manuals, etc. Some of the duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Loading and fixturing of parts on CNC machines.
•Create CNC programs with CAM Software.
•Set up and run CNC programs to complete production runs and verify parts through inspection process
•Conduct routine preventive maintenance on assigned machines and maintain proper coolant levels and concentrations on a daily basis.
•Perform manual mill operations.
•Read and interpret prints, routings, layouts, and related documents to produce component parts that meet design specifications to satisfy company quality standards.
•Operate jobs routed to the assigned machines and meet the production standard required for the given department.
•Perform various machine functions such as turning, drilling, reaming, threading.
•Inspect component parts to print throughout the process.
•Troubleshoot some machine and tooling problems and correct and adjust as necessary with assistance.
•Maintain safety and quality standards using acceptable housekeeping practices on equipment and work area.
What You Will Bring
•High School Diploma or GED.
•Minimum of 2 years CNC machining experience or Trade School training.
•Experience and proficiency with CNC mills (DMS and Haas routers preferred).
•Knowledge to program milling machines (Fusion 360 and MasterCam).
•Ability to read and understand blueprints.
•Strong mechanical aptitude, good math skills, and a desire to grow skillset.
•Experience working with hand tools and power tools.
•Knowledge of safety practices and experience lifting heavy items with proper equipment and rigging is preferred, but not required.
•Valid Driver License and good driving record.
•Reliable transportation to and from work, be punctual and maintain good attendance.
•Forklift Certification Class I-V preferred but not required.
Working conditions
This position is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. Some overtime, weekends and evening work may be required in special circumstances. The work environment will be a warehouse/shop environment.
Physical requirements
This position requires lifting heavy objects, up to 75 lbs maximum. This position requires standing or sitting for long periods of time. You may be required to work in confined spaces, from heights and in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels. This position will require the use of Personal Protective Equipment, including wearing a mask or face covering at all times, wearing a respirator in some instances, gloves, eye and ear protection, hard hats, protective footwear, etc.

•Hourly Rate: $20-$29 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data)
