•Prepare job site for solar installation
•Structurally mount racking and electrical equipment
•Skillfully use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete solar installations
•Maintain a clean and safe job site
•Maintain inventory of equipment
•Take responsibility for personal and electrical safety on the job site by following and enforcing all safety regulations
•Other relevant duties as needed

•Comfortable climbing ladders, and working on rooftops
•Experience working with hand tools and power tools
•Ability to repeatedly lift 50-75lbs
•Comfortable working long hours in extreme environments (cold, heat)
•Valid state driver’s license
•This is a full-time position with an expected starting base pay range of $20.00-$22.00 hourly
•PTO accrued up to 80 hours in the first year, increasing to 120 hours after the first year
