Job Summary:
As a Field Service technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for field startups of both standard and non-standard systems, warranty efforts, remedial repairs, and preventative maintenance contracts.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
•Assist the help desk to resolve customer issues that cannot be handled from Alpharetta.
•As needed, assist the field service team with hardware installation, wiring, repair, and troubleshooting.
•As needed, assists both internal and external customers, in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of ATS and Switchgear.
•Submit daily reports, weekly time sheets, expenses, and project files in a timely manner.
•Stay current with training on all new and updated platforms.
•Assist with Parts Ordering and Warranty Analysis.
What you will have:
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
•1-3 Years related professional experience
•Office 365 Skills, Professional Presence, Customer Focus

•Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electrical schematics.
•Ability to perform basic production tasks such component assembly and wiring.
•Interpersonal and Professional oral and written communication skills.
•Business and commercial skills.
•Organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
•Computer proficient including PDF, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•Position could require up to 75% travel.
•Position will require rotational on-call duty.
•Requires a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

•Ability to lift to 35 lbs.
