We inspire hope in women and older adults for a joyful and fulfilling future.

We empower underemployed women to pursue living-wage jobs in the construction trades via our pre-apprenticeship training program. We also provide repairs and renovations that enable older adults to stay in their homes as they age. Our trainees gain hands-on practice in the trades by assisting with this aging-in-place work alongside of an experienced construction crew. While in our program, trainees also receive social supports to help them overcome barriers to employment.
