The IUPAT, District Council 50, represents Hawaii's Construction Finishing Trades Members and its Signatory Contractor Partners. With approximately 2,000 members strong statewide, DC50 is made up of five local unions: Painters Local Union 1791; Glaziers Local Union 1889; Floor Layers Local Union 1926; Drywall Tapers Local Union 1944 and Shipyard Workers Local Union 1941 District Council 50 is committed to providing the finest in the finishing trades. All of our members are highly skilled and certified in their respective trade.
