Pacific Northwest Carpenters Institute (PNCI) is the premier educational institution in Oregon, Southwest Washington, and Idaho for Carpenters and the affiliated trades. PNCI is sponsored by Willamette Carpenter Training Center, Inc. a non-profit organization based in Portland, Oregon.
